These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC) govern the sale of NetSwitch software licenses by FeelAutom (Franck PICHARD, Sole Proprietor, SIRET 514 554 005 00041) to any buyer, whether professional or individual.

Using or purchasing the software implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use or acquire the software.

Trial License (Free): Granted on a personal and non-exclusive basis. Allows use of the software with limited features. Redistribution is allowed provided the software is not modified.

Pro License (Paid): Granted for professional use. Gives access to advanced features (support, packet capture, etc.). This license is linked to the user or workstation according to the specific terms at the time of purchase.

License prices are displayed in euros (€). As a sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur), FeelAutom benefits from VAT exemption in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. VAT is therefore not applicable.

FeelAutom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of order.

Orders are placed directly on the website. Payment is made online through a secure payment platform. License access is provided immediately upon payment validation.

Any order constitutes acceptance of these GTC.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not provided on a physical medium once execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and immediately downloading the license, you expressly acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal.

The NetSwitch application may automate the download and installation of third-party software (such as Nmap, Wireshark/Dumpcap, Npcap) required for certain advanced features. These downloads are carried out exclusively at the user's initiative and with their authorization. FeelAutom is not the publisher of these software products and disclaims all liability regarding their use, respective licenses, or compliance. The user is solely responsible for their use of these network audit tools.

The NetSwitch software remains the exclusive property of FeelAutom. The user agrees not to decompile, disassemble, or attempt to reconstruct the source code of the software, except within the limits authorized by law.

FeelAutom commits to providing technical support to Pro license holders. Bug fixes are addressed within reasonable timeframes. FeelAutom does not guarantee that the software will be free from errors or suited to any specific user need.

The software is provided 'as is'. Use of the software is at the user's own risk. FeelAutom cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software.

FeelAutom reserves the right to modify the software and these GTC at any time. Users are invited to consult these terms regularly.

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
